Tasks are stored on the current device. Before moving devices or uninstalling, use Settings → Back up & restore to export a full backup and check that it is saved somewhere safe. You can preview a backup before restoring; existing records remain. Text exports contain records and attachment references, not original attachment files.
If you deleted a task by mistake, check Settings → Recently deleted. The normal recovery period is 30 days. Minodo has no account-based cloud sync, and support cannot retrieve unbacked-up local tasks from a server.
Shared content has not appeared
Choose Minodo from the source app's system share sheet, check the note and attachments, then save. Open the main app to complete the import. If text is too long or a file cannot be read, keep the source, shorten the note or select the original file again. A temporary file path is not the original note.
Reminders, widgets and timers
Check permission and scheduling status in Minodo, followed by iOS notification settings, Focus and notification summaries. Past reminders are not delivered late or moved to tomorrow automatically. The system may delay notifications and widget refreshes.
Add Home Screen widgets manually; touch and hold to change configuration and text privacy. A Live Activity can appear when you explicitly start a timer, subject to system permission and Lock Screen policy. A missing Live Activity does not mean the in-app timer has stopped. Stopping a timer does not complete the task.
The Expansion Pack and restoring purchases
The Expansion Pack is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. The in-app purchase screen shows the local price. If you already purchased it, choose Restore purchases on that screen while using the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoration normally needs a connection to Apple services.
Cancelled, pending or unverified purchases do not appear as unlocked. If the product is temporarily unavailable, keep your draft and try later. Buying does not save a method or complete a task for you. Apple handles refunds; see Apple's refund help. Apple determines refund eligibility.
Suggestions and display
Built-in starting steps do not depend on generation. Optional on-device suggestions require a supported system, device, region and language, with Apple Intelligence enabled and ready. Local methods remain usable when generation is unavailable.
Adjust language, character sounds, haptics and motion in Settings. System text sizes and VoiceOver are also available. If a page is hard to read or operate, tell us its name and the steps you took.

Hide private content in screenshots. Do not send Apple Account passwords, payment information or a complete private backup.
